//   Mission & Values

Community is at the heart of everything we do.

We are proud to be a part of the Silicon Valley community, and we are dedicated to creating spaces that enhance the lives of those who live, work, and play in our local neighborhoods. That’s why we take a collaborative approach to every project. We working closely with local leaders, community members, and stakeholders to ensure that our developments are not only functional, but also enhance the local community.

//   Community Involvement

We strive to develop long-term relationships in the communities we work in with an emphasis on education, youth, and housing.

Belmont

We’ve established long-term partnerships with School Force and Carlmont Academic Foundation to support education and youth in Belmont. This includes our involvement at different activities like being judges at the Belmont Redwood Shores School District science fair, sponsoring and participating in the Water Dog Run, and being an ally as new opportunities become available.

Other Belmont community events:
Lunar New Year, attend
Celebrate the Music, attend
Belmont Summer Concerts, sponsor & attend
Water Dog Run 5k, sponsor & attend
San Carlos Art & Wine Festival, attend

Redwood City

RWC communities have a push for education and aftercare support, and we’re happy to support immediate and long-term goals. A large contribution to the RWC community will be a teen center at 901 El Camino, an aspect of this development that the teens and youth have been involved with from the start.
